Alright I guess.

My main complaint is the audio. The rain sound effect seems fairly cut up, and overly loud. At points you can't hear anything over it. There was also a point where the lip-syncing went a little off.

Otherwise, good!

Well apart from the summary there's not much else to say. So, I'll say it again. Hilarious!

Would have go full 10 if it was at least a little longer.

I like the concept, that's something I don't say too often. But I think the general implementation is a little awry. My main problem with this is that I can't see too much of the oncoming track above Ed's head. The second is controls. It's been a while since I played Sonic but I swear the controls weren't as hard as that.
